Ingredients:
3 large avacados
1 lime, juiced
1/2 t kosher salt
1/2 t ground cumin
1/2 t ground cayenne
Mix together.
Stir in the following:
1/2 medium red onion, diced fine
1/2 of jalapeƱo pepper, chopped fine (omit if making for children)
2 Roma tomatoes, chopped fine
1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
1 clove garlic, minced
Serve with vegetables or tortilla chips.
