Waffles

Waffles

2 eggs beaten
2 cups flour
1 3/4 cups milk
1/2 c vegetable oil
1 tablespoon white sugar
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon (or during holidays use pumpkin pie spice)
4 teaspoon baking POWDER
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients.  Mix well.

I use 2/3 cup batter in the waffle iron, cook until golden brown.

Add maple syrup!
