Corn and Bean Salsa

Ingredients:

1 yellow bell pepper
1 orange bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
1 red onion
4 green onions
1 bunch cilantro
7 Roma tomatoes
16 oz frozen or fresh corn
1 can black beans
4 cloves garlic
4 limes (juiced)
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt to taste

Optional:
1/2 jalapeƱo seeded and chopped
1 teaspoon cumin

Finely chop all peppers, tomatoes, onions and cilantro.  Drain and rinse beans, add to mixture.  Add corn.  Add optional ingredients.  Mince garlic.  Add lime juice, oil salt.  Mix.
